Importing a Category:


We can import any category tree from Excel.
An example file with categories looks like this:

In the first row, a user can describe the columns as a user wants. However, you have to remember that for the tree import to be successful, the layout must be kept from the second row, as in the example file. So first the main category, then its symbol, then its subcategory, then its symbol, Next subcategory, its symbol, etc.

To import a category tree from a document, go to  ,  and .

Then select Categories from the import forms. Then using the button , choose our document.

After importing, our category tree will be supplemented with categories and symbols entered in the document.

Importing a product:


We can import from exel doc., products and information about them.

In the first row, a user can describe the columns as a user wants but with the exact order of the fields as presented in the example file.

In order to correctly import the Product List, the following fields cannot be empty:

Supplier Code - Supplier with the following code must exist in the database:

Category - The category entered in the document must exist in the database.

PM - A user must be created in the system, who has the role of "PM" and the same initials as given in the document.

Merchant - A user must be created in the system, who has the role of "Merchant" and the same initials as given in the document.

An exemplary excel file for import with the minimum required amount of data looks like this:

After filling in all the fields with information about the product, the program will import the data to both the Product Info and Product Attributes tabs.

To import a Product List from a document, go to ,  and  . Select Products from the import forms. Then using the button , choose our document.
